The Modern Pitcher Pitching Group (10-12 year olds)

If you’ve read the book, then you need the program!  Coach Mike Walton recently published his first book titled The Modern Pitcher and this program follows the plan in the book.  This once a week program includes 8 weeks of pitching corrections to improve movement, sport specific strength and arm action.  This small group class (4 players) class will help avoid injury by improving performance.  For the player who is serious about becoming a skilled pitcher now and in the future.

Cost: $280

Baseball Velocity Programs (13 and older)

Velocity is one of the most important factors for pitchers and the same thing can be said for exit speed and power for hitters. These skills are often the most important factor in determining where a player will go to college and ultimately his ceiling in the game of baseball.

At Diamond Dreams we’ve designed programs to increase throwing velocity and exit velocity for hitting and we have a few different programs to meet your needs.  These programs focus on long-term development.  They include baseball specific strength and conditioning along with skill work.  They are safe, effective and all inclusive because we focus on other benefits like improving nutrition, body composition, agility and mobility. Take a look at the programs below to see which program would be a good fit for you.

3 Day Velo Program (Baseball: 13 and older)

This is a smaller version of our 5 day velocity program.  All players will work on both hitting and pitching (throwing) along with a baseball specific workout to safely increase velocity and bat speed.  Monday and Friday are workout days and Wednesday is the skill (hitting and pitching) day.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 4:30–5:30 pm.

Cost: $650 for the 10 week program

5 Day Velo Program (Baseball: 13 and older)

This program runs 5 days a week for an hour each session.  There are three baseball specific workouts each week and two skill days.  We will accept ten hitters and ten pitchers for this program.

Monday through Friday from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Cost: $895

Velo Plus Program (Baseball: 13 and older)

This is the most comprehensive of the velocity programs.  It is also a 5 day a week program but each night is an hour and a half.  We call it the Velo Plus Program because of the extended sessions but also because we will individualize each player’s program to fit their specific needs.  We will also expand our focus to include recovery (nutrition and sleep).  It’s an intense program that isn’t for everyone. If you think you have what it takes, sign up today!  We will accept ten hitters and ten pitchers for this program.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30-9:00 pm and Friday from 6:30-8:00 pm.

Cost: $1160 for the 10 week program

Softball Power Hitting Program (13 and older)

Hitting for power is so important in softball. It simply can’t be overstated. In fact, unless you are a pitcher or a player with great speed on the base paths, power is the most important skill in the game.  Home runs have been steadily climbing in college softball, especially within the last decade. The combination of better mechanics and more power at the plate has truly changed the game. If you want to take your game to the next level and truly separate yourself from the competition, the power hitting program is for you.  This four day program includes two softball specific workouts and two hitting workouts each week.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9-10 pm

Cost: $750

Saturday Morning Clinics (6-12 years old)

If you are looking for a quick tune-up or training session, these clinics are for you. They run on Saturday mornings and are an hour and fifteen minutes in length. The topics vary each week so you can get the right type of training you are looking for. There are four players per coach for each one of these clinics making it a great learning environment.

Cost: $55 per player per session
