    I’d like to know Jaeger’s philosophy on weighted balls for pitchers and what, if any role they have in conditioning. Are they good to train with? Are they good to warm up with before pitching that day? Weight progressions, how many, times, how often etc. thanks

      Vince, I’m not sure what Alan’s stance is on weighted balls. Matt Blake touched on weighted balls in episode 7 so you can check that out. I’ll also try to ask a few of our next guests on their opinion as well. Thanks for listening!
