Our policies

In the event of snow, please check both the website and call the phone at the academy and listen to the message there. Sometimes we are unable to post it at both places. We will do everything we can to be open. In the rare event that we do close, we will offer a makeup session.

All programs that are cancelled by Diamond Dreams will be rescheduled as soon as possible. If for some reason you cannot make a program you are welcome to attend one of the two pre-determined makeups sessions. Only one makeup session is allowed no matter how many program sessions you miss.

All activities must end and clean up must begin 5 minutes before the end of your scheduled time. This is to ensure the next activity can be started on time. Please return all equipment back to where you found it. There is a warning bell to remind you.

Catchers must be in full protective gear.

Helmets are required in all cages at all times.

All participants must stay in their rented area. There is a maximum of 4 people per tunnel. This is a safety precaution to ensure that we do not have too many people in the room at one time. We reserve the right to increase or decrease this number depending on what is going on in the room at that time.

All participants must fill out a waiver form before they or their son/daughter enters the workout area. These waivers can be found on the "Forms" tab on the website.

Payment and other important information can be found in the section dedicated to that service.
       Programs require a $150 deposit to hold your spot.
       Lessons require deposit for the amount of two lessons.
       Team rentals require a deposit for the amount of two rentals.
       All deposits are non-refundable.

Any lesson or service that is not cancelled with 24 hours notice will be charged half of the cost of that lesson or service.
