Summer elite program

Feeling like you are not getting the work you need at your team's practice? Don't worry...you're not alone. A lot of teams have so many games that they don't get to practice more than once or twice a week. Therefore, most kids get very few repetitions and even less instruction during their season. To help players maintain and improve their skills when it's most important we've designed a Baseball 4 Life ELITE Summer Program.

This program will be held 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) from 9:30-11:00 am. Each hour and half session will include about 45 minutes of physical preparation (flexibility, agility, cardio, balance, core and strength training) and 45 minutes of skill work (pitching, hitting, catching, and/or fielding). The program will be monitored to make sure we account for when the players are planning on pitching to make sure they not only get the proper amount of work but also the proper amount of rest.

Players will get personalized instruction along with access to our indoor facility and all of its equipment. It's the best of both worlds.
