All programs require a $150.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit.
The remaining cost of the program ($400.00) is due the first week.
Please fill out a waiver and a player profile on the FORMS page.
Bring those two forms to your first workout.
All programs that are cancelled by Diamond Dreams will be rescheduled as soon as possible. If for some reason you cannot make a program you are welcome to attend one of the two pre-determined makeups sessions. Only one makeup session is allowed no matter how many program sessions you miss.
General Information
Our Baseball 4 Life programs consist of 4 players per group with one instructor. They are conducted just like semi-private lessons. The content of the program will be based off of the players and their ability. Each player will receive our Baseball 4 Life workbook, which will guide them through the four areas of focus (baseball skills, conditioning, nutrition, and the mental approach). The program will last ten weeks with each weekly session lasting an hour and fifteen minutes.
