We will take you through the stages of the delivery along with drills to help maximize a pitcher’s mechanics, accuracy and velocity. All of the greatest pitchers in the world have certain things in common. Find out what they do using video analysis and data that has been formulated in motion labs across the country!

Dates: September 8th and 14th from 6:30-8:00 pm
Find out what makes the hitters in the Major Leagues so good. We’ll break it down using video analysis of your favorite hitters. We’ll also show you some drills that will help you develop a major league swing! We've just updated our library of swings so come see your favorite players and the things that make them successful.

National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Seminar
Dates: September 16th and 20th from 6:30-8:00 pm

These topics are two of the most important aspects of a player’s game but most of the time there are also the most overlooked. Come see what you or your players are missing out on!

Cost: $10 per seminar per person or $15 per seminar per family
